  We just got into Paris for fashion week and this place was recommended to us. I'm so glad we ate here because the food was sooo fresh and sooo good. The owner waited on us and was so nice funny and helpful. I got the mixed meats and cheeses and cooked it all myself on the grill built into the table. Such a great experience and the food was soo good we came back at the end of the week. This time I got the fish and rice. Once I said I wanted fish the owner got excited and said he makes the best fish. The salmon was meaty and fresh cooked to perfection the sauce was light and complemented the fish well along with the rice. I would definitely come again!!!

  Fondue? More like FUN-due! This was another must for my sister and I while we were in Paris. We had the fondue with bread, and it came with a potato on the side as well. The cheese was delicious, and it was exceptionally fun seeing the cheese melt and come out of the pot
  
  They also have English menus, so don't worry, tourists!

  I'm an American visiting this restaurant with my lovely date who is a Parisian. We got so in depth of conversation that we forgot we extended our time into the managers break for closing the restaurant. He never interrupted us, he was so gracious that I had to ask if we intruded on his break. He kindly said yes but was Never rude or disturbed. He was so pleasant and kind. He still offered us dessert, coffee, or tea, before o asked if he was on break.
  
  I commend this service and wish America had such wonderful service. I really love his interaction. I commend this place. Makes me appreciate France so much more.

  Unexpectedly delicious!!! It was our last day in Paris and my daughter had a craving for raclette, sowe  decided on Le Braiser because it was very close to our hotel. I usually try to go to places that have at least 4 stars, but since it was within walking distance, we went in. The owner came to our table straight away to bring the menus and we told him we were waiting on 2 friends. His service was perfectly timed, taking our orders as soon as we put the menus down. For starters I ordered a green salad, which came with Dijon dressing, and it was wonderful, and they didn't skimp on the dressing. My friend's daughter  ordered a bacon and cheese tartine (pieces of baguette with melted cheese and bacon) from the starter menu and she finished it all. I had the fondue bourguignone, which came with a baked potato and a very light creamy delicious sauce for the meat and the potato. The quality of the meat was very good and tender. My daughter and my friend had the cheese raclette (also came with baked potato), and the owner was kind enough to bring an extra potato for my friend's daughter. The amount of food was more than enough, even though the raclettes were from the lunch menu which came with dessert for €14,90. My friend's daughter also had a dessert (2 floating islands and 1 chocolate mousse-the best I've ever tried). We paid €68,50 for 4 very generous lunches and 1 expreso. I definitely recommend this place if you're ever in Paris!!

  My wife and I came to Le Brasier last night as we were in the mood for some classic warm french food. Basically, Le Brasier specializes in raclette and fondue, which happen to be 2 of my favorite french dishes.
  
  For those that do not know, raclette is prepared with charcuterie (assortment of ham), cheese (raclette) and a baked potato (see photos). You cook the cheese yourself over the built in oven thing and pour it onto your potato to eat. Its very good, personally I add a little butter and ham to the potato,  then pour cheese over it all... its delicious =)
  
  There are 2 fondue dishes, sovoyarde and bourguignonne. Sovoyarde is combination of different cheeses that you can dip bread and what not into, while bourguignonne comes with a pot of oil that you cook meat in. Both are outstanding.
  
  This evening however we both ordered the raclette (she had the moyen while I had the large) and it was plenty of food. The grand was 15€ and the moyen 13€. It was all good, just not great. I know there have got to be much better ones out there, but this defineatly eased my raclette craving for awhile.
  
  While I'm not a fan of the winter, I do love all the winter foods and look forward to finding the best raclette in Paris.
